This place makes me feel like family every time I stop by which is about once a week. Amazing people, great bagels, amazing breakfast sandwiches. I absolutely love this place. The people are terrific in every way possible.

Brooklyn Bagels is hands down my favorite bagel store. Frank and his team personally greet each customer and it makes you feel welcome. The food is delicious and when I needed a dietary accommodation they did not hesitate and just said yes to it. Also, my entire family loves the assortment of muffins which are absolutely the tastiest we have ever had!

This place recently changed management. I had not been during the old management but the new folks are great! They take the time to make a connection with each customer and I've been there 4 times in the last month, each time, I'm recognized and greeting with familiarity (except the first time where they recognized I was new). I've interacted with 2 individuals.Outside of the friendly people, their bagels are great. I've had their everything bagel and onion bagel, both have been great! Their fresh cream cheese is good, so is their egg & cheese bagel sandwiches.This has become my wife's and my favorite bagel shop in the area. We look forward to bagels now and in fact have cravings for their specific bagels.The shop itself is quite old and is in an old building and shopping center. It's not the most inviting from the outside but the staff and food make up for this. There are a handful of tables and chairs to dine-in but is largely a take-out shop.Cash is encouraged though credit cards are accepted.Support this small family business and pay them a visit. Enjoy a delicious bagel.Parking: Parking lot directly in front of the shop.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible parking directly in front of the shop, more than one curb bump out to go from parking lot to exterior of shop. Shop entrance to the ordering counter is unobstructed for wheelchair access. The door is a single manual pull glass door, if you knock on the door I'm sure the friendly staff will help open it and welcome you in.
