This place recently changed management. I had not been during the old management but the new folks are great! They take the time to make a connection with each customer and I've been there 4 times in the last month, each time, I'm recognized and greeting with familiarity (except the first time where they recognized I was new). This place is under new ownership. The previous owners were very polite and we were sad to see them go. However, the new owner, Frank, is as polite; very friendly. On top of that the bagels are great!

Brooklyn Bagels is hands down my favorite bagel store. Frank and his team personally greet each customer and it makes you feel welcome. The food is delicious and when I needed a dietary accommodation they did not hesitate and just said yes to it. Also, my entire family loves the assortment of muffins which are absolutely the tastiest we have ever had!
