When i pay that kinda money for a drink I would like it made how I asked when I said no thats not what I wanted the guy said thats how we make the drink I asked no cold foam he argue with me so I threw my drink away I cant have cold foam why is it hard to put no cold foam n then argue with me to the point I leave n throw my whole drink in the trash if you dont like your job find a new one all workers there are rude
Bad attitude. Ordered “less ice”. Drink is full of ice. When we told the lady, she removed literally ONE piece of ice.

The first time, I stood in line for five minutes waiting to place an order, while one employee chatted with the other who was making two sandwiches. They never acknowledged me, so I walked away.
