This place is terrible I rather drive to a different location than go to this one. Manager is terrible didn’t even allow me to order and she kept interrupting me. Of course they would hire the terrible management team from mc Donald’s to also work here. Also what kind of location does not have condiments for their orders. The pot hole is so massive at the drive thru you can’t even avoid it and of course the ownership
To this location wouldn’t care of these kind of things they don’t even care who they hire at this point. This place was so good when they first opened now it’s trashy and always dirty both the location and their people. Also very disappointed with the food the biscuits are always over cooked and this chicken , burned and cold and for a two piece don’t even bother the second piece isn’t even a big a one’s thumb this is ridiculous

First they literally gave me all wings, no drums so I went back. Then the wings they gave me were RANCID. Mind you u go to Popeyes all the time but this was my first time at this location and they were so nasty that I had to throw them away.

Didn’t receive my sauce that I PAID FOR when I did delivery. You guys are bums.

Terrible experience.
I placed an online order at this Popeyes and waited over 30 minutes for it to be ready. When I went to ask what was taking so long, they hadn’t even started preparing it. They lost my order number or receipt — not sure which — and only began cooking after I gave them the order number again. I ended up waiting almost an hour in total.

The staff spent more time chatting with each other and talking on the phone than actually working. On top of that, the cashier wasn’t wearing gloves while handling food. I strongly recommend that the management pays more attention to hygiene and organization. Very disappointing.

Nice place. Good parking space. We were said that the refill for lemonade are on the soda machine and the soda machine ran out of lemonade.

Cost to much even for dark meat.

The food is good for what it is.
The service is quite uneven due to language difficulties. Carefully check your order because the packers are not careful. Sauces are missing/wrong.
There isn't any atmosphere as most customers drive through and/or order online

Worst Experience Ever

We ordered two chicken combos online, but they had no chicken, refused a refund, and gave us way less food than we paid for. Staff laughed at us, refused to help, and there was no manager on site. Completely unprofessional.

While placing an online order I went to pick it up and at the window I was told they were out of the item I wanted (with no indication on the app that it was sold out), and I couldn’t receive a refund. When asked to speak to the manager he wasn’t available due to him taking a smoke break on the clock behind the garbage can. Ridiculous!!

Went to this place twice. Once for a fishy flounder sandwich that I was disappointed in but this is about today. Ordered blackened tenders and went to go pick up. They said all they had were fried spicy tenders. Then there was not only no Diet Coke, but no diet soda at all in the soda machine. I heard some lady behind me who ordered tenders get wings instead because they also ran out. They just changed everyone’s orders
