Came here while charging my tesla. Great food...it was 8 pm and MIHIR was serving me. Amazing server....totally took care of my and my order

My wife and I had the vegetarian omelette, which was excellent. The pancakes 🥞 on the side were also very good. I appreciate that the menu shows the calories of the various options, since I would like to enjoy the food without adversely affecting my diet. While there are several other healthy items on the menu, it would be great if IHOP could add a few more.

Just went to IHOP at 8:06pm and was told by employees that they don't seat customers up to 50 mins before closing which is 9pm....TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will never go back there!!!

I called an order in the evening of 8/26, I picked up my order and I believe I was the last order. I assumed all the food I ordered and Paid for was in my bag, Unfortunately after driving home I realized that not only was my order incorrect but it was also missing stuff. I called 1st thing the next morning and spoke to a young lady who was very kind, she told me someone would get back to me before the day is over so we can resolve the issue. I ended up calling IHOP around 715pm on 8/27..... I spoke to a man who told me he couldn't help me and then told me it would be pointless to write a review. He told me that people who write reviews are just liars trying to destroy other peoples businesses. I tried to explained to the rude and disrespectful man that it was unfair to me that I was to wait 2 days for food I paid for. Would you believe this guy hung up on me because I asked him what his name is? I called back and I was ignored. I will never in my life eat at this place ever again, Its very clear that the employees do not value their customers at all.

Today is August 18, 2025, our family went to IHOP for dinner at 4:00 p.m. the dinner special started at 3:00p.m. An order was placed for the special, the stuffing was missing when asked about it, the server went to check. We were told no they did not have any of the missing item. For the salad a small bowl of hot oil was giving to us no salad dressing. When the appetizers were given to us we asked for small plates to eat them. We were told yes I will get them after waiting for awhile I had to get up and ask again for the plates from another server. There were only two other customers there beside us. Our server saw me standing there looked at me and just kept walking. The server was unprofessional, lacks people skills. When we were leaving I asked to speak to a manager. I was quickly told there is not manager there at this time. Due to this awful experience at the East Windsor IHOP, my family will be taking our business elsewhere. IHOP should invest in hospitality training for its employees. Thank you.

We arrived at 8:10 PM, kitchen closes at 8:30 PM, service was very nice and friendly .. Place was spot less clean , food was fresh and delicious .. the best stop for IHOP road trip.. we highly recommended ..

I had breakfast here today for the first time, and was pleasantly surprised! The menu is very extensive, with options for every palate. Our server was friendly, professional, and attentive.
I had a vanilla cold brew and a short stack of pancakes with bacon, and my husband had hot coffee and the breakfast sampler. Our food was served promptly and cooked to perfection. The variety of syrups on the table is a nice touch too! Overall, it was a satisfying meal. My only mild complaint is that breakfast for two people cost $36 which feels exorbitant, but I'm fully aware that everything is more expensive these days.

Updated IHOP, but the prices are higher to compensate.
The are supposed to be family restaurants, but you need to be prepared for the higher prices.
They have lost their identity and got caught up in the money making frame of mind … old school philosophy/identity was to keep people happy and keep them coming back.

Don't see this location staying open.My food was not too good.I feel they need a chef who knows how to cook eggs and hash browns.The eggs were over cooked.Need to scramble with butter.They were dryed out.The hash browns were disgusting.They don't know how to cook them.They were not crispy at all and the inside was just soggy potatoes.The company needs to train chefs on cooking food properly.Don't answer this review with a I am sorry.The owner needs to taste how food is being cooked,so they can do it the right way.I will not recommend this place at all.
