Came here a couple of years ago and didn’t like the experience much. Decided to give this place a try again and was very pleased. The management is different and more friendly. The staff is nicer and makes sure to keep you happy. And the place is so much cleaner. I would definitely recommend coming here to eat.

Fri. Evening at about 630 6:45PM. A group of 3 went in and were seated. A group of four others were leaving. We were the only people in the restaurant.
Place the order and received it. It was OK.
Waited for the bill for about 30 minutes with no employe in sight.
When to the cash register and finally found an employee sitting in the back of the restaurant in the last booth in the corner.
She came to the checkout gave me the bill. I gave her cash, more than amount of the bill, and she asked me. “Do you want the change?”.
I said yes, and she told me she’d have to go to the back of the restaurant to get it.
I told her “keep it” and left. There were no other customers in the building.
Food was good. The service was terrible.

I came here hungry, craving to eat something. We were seated in the worst part of the restaurant even tho the place was 30% crowded. Seated for a solid 15 mins and nobody showed up to ask us what we want to drink at least to start the process. There were two ladies standing on the booth but then they just hid in the kitchen and there were no one in sight. We waited another 5 mins and just left. They even didn’t have anybody in the front to ask if everything was ok. Not recommend to visit this place. Terrible service. I’m not there to look for a person who can help me,I’m paying for service. Awful experience

First of all I want to say that everything is very delicious, but I don't agree with the service because in the end I asked for the bill and regarding the tips you decide how much you are going to leave, but in this case the waitress herself took that responsibility which in She didn't suit him and she took the maximum 20% of tips and said that the tip was already included. I felt very bad because in short, they decide for you and it doesn't have to be that way. I wanted to complain to her but I put up with it. I'm not one for trouble...

Stopped by cause car got towed in Jersey. They wouldn't accept my money nor serve me. The manager was rude, inconsiderate, and kicked me out without prompting. Don't eat here

Food was horrible, service was horrible and the hostess that sat us was all kinds of rude, very unprofessional..... would not allow us to adjust our tip on the bill. Will never return to any ihop location, thanks East Windsor, nj.

I was frustrated because I really wanted grits with my pancakes. What kind of breakfast place doesn’t offer grits?

Kid-friendliness: Lots of choices for children, server was very patient with my granddaughters ordering and questions.

The Staff were playing in the BOH And it took a long time to bring WATER and some Napkins for the table. It wasn’t crowded and we still couldn’t serviced in a timely manner.
Drive pass this one, Children running the place and they haven’t been trained properly.

We liked this place because of the
Service and food, but this week we were Chinese for two days and we are disappointed, Medea threw the plates on the table in her mother's way, she took the order wrong last line and today I shine in case of absence and politeness during a must stay. I don't know how easy it is in this place since there are waitresses but they keep meeting or in the collection before serving the public and I thought it was empty, I remember that before it was fuller and there was other staff. We will not rate this place again.

This iHop proudly had a sign that they were family owned and operated and you could tell! Everyone took pride in their job.
Our waitress was so nice and so attentive.
The food was generous and very good.
The restaurant was very well maintained and sparkling clean.
I wish more restaurants were like this one.
We were in town for a meeting, when we are there again, we'll certainly go back for breakfast.

Service was absolutely horrible at this location. Food wasn’t too bad, but wouldn’t revisit based purely on service.

Staff didn’t seem to want to serve or even move making faces even when asking for water

Reached 1 hour before it closes but the waiter kept saying kitchen will close soon, so we should not dine in. But agreed after I told there still 1 hr. They delayed food for around 45 mins and then he was super rude that the store will close soon and should leave.
Never going back even through its close to my place.
