I had recently moved to Jersey and I guess I was familiar with a specific flavor of the food but after looking forward to and spending well over a $100 I had never been so disappointed with a restaurant. Even though everything was different from what I was used to and looking forward to it was definitely not worth it or worth going back to. I really did give it a chance but nope, this place and it’s cuisine is not for me
I will say that it does appear to be popular to others so I’mma say that it’s probably me and not them but again it’s a no from me and my family

“I didn't have a reservation, but they seated me immediately and treated me very kindly. The young lady who served us was very patient with the children about the food and an excellent host.” I ordered a Molcajete which was delicious and thanks to the children I even ate fries. I recommend them.

I went into this restaurant about three days ago and asked The Man if he would make me a burrito bowl with steak and shrimp. He made it for me. There was no problem. I walked in there today and I asked the girl behind the counter if I could have a burrito bowl it’s taken shrimp and she flat out told me no so I explained to her that the last time the manager made it for me, but again she flat out told me no I asked to speak to the manager, and I told him I would pay extra foot shrimp. He was beginning to write it down on the check, and then the girl behind the counter, said something to him in Spanish and all of a sudden there was no shrimp. I can only get it with chicken and steak. I asked The Man if I had a choice he told me no , so I said why didn’t the girl behind the counter just tell me she had no shrimp instead the guy told me I have nothing for you and he let me leave with nothing very very unprofessional and it seems racist because shrimp if a Spanish person asked for shrimp he would have made it

the most delicious mexican food i have ever had. the gentrified restaurants in my area fail to meet my expectations and are overpriced, while this restaurant has an authentic touch and meals are affordable. the staff is friendly and you can be seated immediately.

I was really happy with the food. A lot of food for the price. It is more Guatemalan than Mexican food but there is a more typical 'Mexican" section of the menu. I think we may have been the only english speaking customers but that doesn't bother us! The waitress did have to get the manager when she couldn't quite understand me, that was fine too. I did not go to the bathroom so I hope it has improved since some of these reviews!

I can't speak much on the food as I haven't had any of their food, however the service there is astounding, usually walk up in there and they are eating, hell if I was there I'd be eating too! I like to think of it as advertising. On a separate note, I walked into today picking up my order and I saw this beautiful girl working the register! Overall really good experience, she was kind and sweet I'd give 6 stars on service if I could! Whoever you are stay great!

The food is good, but I wish they had more consistency as sometimes it is too dry. We only order for pick up because the service is bad, servers spend more time on the phone or talking, and this all happens in front of the manager, so he just doesn't care. The bathrooms are disgusting. 3 stars because of the food and it is located on my way home.

This place was packed, and even then, servers were attentive! The food was 10/10! Portions were pretty big, prices were definitely fair for the amount of food you receive. I live nearby so I found where I’ll be eating every weekend
