Tried to do the buy one get one free deal for me and my child and they refused to give us the free one?? It didn’t require an in app purchase and all I had to do was show the text that I had the bogo.

My first Moe's experience. Very patient and courteous staff. I had a special combo. It was very good even with the condiments I wouldn't use due to not liking cilantro. Many other ways to make my big beautiful burrito juicy. The chips were fresh and queso delicious!

the cashiers here literally make up prices and rules for their promotions off the tops of their heads every time i come here. any time i use a coupon texted to me from moes, the cashiers find some loophole to get out of honoring it. other reviews say the same thing.
