My bartender Alex made my experience quite pleasurable. She was welcoming and made me feel at home like I've been there 100 times and it was my first visit. She was attentive. I never felt like i was waiting around or in need of anything. And the drinks she made were phenomenal. Definitely will be returning.
Walking in, I was expecting this to be more upscale but the food and service was anything but upscale.
1. I asked the waiter if one of the items had eggs/mayo due to an egg allergy, and she said “she doesn’t know” but did not offer to ask anyone which puts us in a difficult spot as a customer to believe if the staff is adequately trained on checking whether they know what would be in the food items

Really enjoyed the experience at Plaza Azteca! The food was excellent, the service was quick and efficient, and the overall restaurant had a great atmosphere. The guacamole and al pastor burrito were standout items. The deserts were just ok but even one piece of cake is huge and more than enough to share.
