Maddy made my iced caramel macchiato perfect. I was terribly indecisive on hot or cold and cup sizes. The first sip of the cold caramel macchiato was absolutely divine!
This is the closest one to wher we are staying and the normal person I get my London Fog is great as she knows the tea and how to make it, is pleasant and I always tip cash. A much younger person was there yesterday, had to be directed how to make it, was quiet with no words , seemed to not enjoy her job and no tip.

Five stars for an easy and genuinely pleasant experience. I walked in, placed my order at the counter, and everything was handled correctly.
What stood out most was the patience and kindness of the woman working the register as she helped her coworker prepare my drink. She remained calm, respectful, and supportive throughout the interaction. That kind of teamwork and consideration is worth recognizing.
I left with the correct order and a very positive impression.
