My siblings and I had food catered from Simply Sofrito for our parents party and every single person could not stop raving about the food. My parents are both Puerto Rican so we wanted good authentic food they would enjoy. The pernil was absolutely delicious as was the arroz con gandules . The yucca was amazing. This is the best Puerto Rican food I have eaten! The food has flavor, not spicy. We got the Beef stew. It had potatoes, carrots, beef chunks were tender and the broth not salty. My husband was on a military deployment and when I got the date he was coming home it was last minute. So I contacted Sofrito to cater for a last minute welcome home party with family and they were able to take the order. I had people cancel and then added so I changed the order last minute and they still were so patient with us. They were so nice and so helpful when we went to pick up the order too.
