Horrible customer service. I use the order ahead feature. Every time I pick up my drink at the pick up window it never has a straw. You have to navigate through the people waiting in line to order to get the straws. I asked them to please place straws and napkins on this side and of the line on the empty counter and they said no. I asked for a straw at the pick up counter and they told me to get one over there, meaning cut through the line and walk across the lobby to get a straw....read full review
