Best bubble tea in a 30min NJ-radius around them. Both the manager and staff are super duper friendly. Glad it’s far away from my apt otherwise I’d be there everyday.
My only feedback is: let me have a donchan with no ice. Charge me extra if you need to. Staff panics and looks at me like I asked for the moon- just charge me extra bro.

One of the best Cafes in Edgewater. Huge variety of drinks and wonderful staff. With an amazing view of the city I can’t see why you wouldn’t want to come here. My favorite drinks are the Hoji Cha milk tea with boba, black tea lemonade, matcha latte, caramel latte, osmanthus matcha latte, and honestly maybe every drink on the menu. Definitely a place to try out!

$7 after tax for medium osmanthus bubble milk tea
Tea was light. I would have preferred it to be stronger on osmanthus flavor. Sweetness was good. Tapioca bubbles were not that good as ones at fiftylan . The boba felt like it was soaked in the brown sugar for too long forming enlarged shapes. The QQ chew is a 5/10 for me. It was $5.50 + $1 boba + tax. Service was nice. I think...
