We’ve been regulars since this location first opened, but unfortunately the quality of the food has noticeably declined over time. It’s very disappointing to see that they would even allow their staff to put grayish looking bluefin tuna toro on conveyor belt for customers' order. Also, there are few customers compared to the past, so clearly we are not the only one witnessing this issue. Hope the management reflects on this trend and always prioritizing fresh, high-quality food, and ask themselves if the business can survive like this in the long run specially there are so many choices in the area.

Food was decent. Not enough service from people since it's a robot that gets your drinks. Atmosphere is good. Reason for 3 stars is this place did have better food a year ago. This place is also the perfect example of inflation and shrinkflation happening at the same time. Less food for more money.

This franchise has not yet let me down anywhere from New Jersey or even some parts in New York, keeping the food fresh, the staff excellently trained in customer service and constant rotation of new seasonal items with notifications via email keeps me always intrigued on what they’ll do next. Frequently collaborations also keeps the business fresh and fun to look forward to eat here if you’re a fan of anime or even just a fun time!

Wow!!! Loved this experience! Such a cool idea for any occasion: date night, catching up with friends, taking out your family, or needing to make a cool first impression on some colleagues. The neat interactive experience on the screen and easy guides for ordering or taking food, pluss the cool robot waiter everything was so neat, and I was supper impressed and can't wait to go back again!!

We come here weekly or biweekly. We go to the Edison location. Kids like it too. Our head server Tee is always kind and efficient. We have had nothing but great experience here!

I was at the Fort Lee location and the sushi was very noticeably better, I can't put my finger on exactly how it was better but I was generally disappointed.

This place would be better for a quick bite. The sushi was ok. The revolving plate system is novel and interesting. I think I will stick to my local sushi restaurant though.

We always have such a great experience thanks to Tee! She’s incredibly attentive—she greets us right away, remembers us by name, and always makes sure we’re seated in the best spot. Her fast and friendly service really makes the visit special. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond with such consistency, and she truly makes us feel like valued guests every time.
Definitely keeps us coming back!

Pro-tip… make a reservation and try to eat here a little earlier or later than regular meal times.
