Love it, 5 stars, tips free restaurant. Fresh food nice service 🥹, they allow pets at morning 11:30, but it need to call and double check if they still allow🤣

So busy! But we got seated quickly and Tamara and T took great care of us even with the bustling dinner rush!

Ivan was a great addition to coming to Kura, very helpful and friendly! We love Kura so much it has the best food :)

The experience in kura sushi was spectacular, the host was able to answer all our concerns before we started the ordering process. Michael was able to accommodating m, we didn’t have signal on our phone to get the $10 off voucher but he still gave it to us.

Food : the rolls/nigiri quality was decent. The ramen was above average. I just wish the conveyor belt had more variety. There weren’t that much when we went?

Atmosphere : my family and I had fun eating at kura, especially with the robot delivery guy

I would recommend kura for the experience.

To start, I love Kura. A regular at my local location but this one missed the mark. We entered right after lunch time due to a failed visit at a local spa and it was just lacked luster. No one shouted as you sat down. There were tons of empty tables but yet we had to wait to be seated. Portions of our order didn’t arrive even though we ordered it through the tablet. The mobile phone ordering system also didn’t work. Again, love Kura. Maybe try another location.

Kids love to go there. Food goes on the conveyor belt (being covered) and goes around & around. You can also order food from the screen at your table and it will come to you (on conveyor belt lol ?) super cool~ oh and for each 15 plates, you get a surprise egg!
I do recommend to put yourself on waitlist before you go (about 15-20 minutes prior arrival) the waiting time could be long sometimes.

Waited 45 minutes for a table and when I saw the wonky stripes on the shrimp and the sea urchin tasted like paint I instantly regretted that I didn't trust those 1 star reviews

Completely in love with the sushi here. The sushi is fresh and is high quality! For the most part, one plate is $3.80. Would definitely recommend!

Having frequented other Kura locations stateside and internationally, it was surprising to be charged $3.90 for a cup of green tea at this location. Omitting drinks from the menu should have been a tall tale sign.

this is called rotating sushi and majority of the plates on the conveyor belt had no sushi?. AND THERE WAS BARELY ANY PEOPLE. not only that we called for a server and no one showed up. do yourself a favor and go to the one in fort lee
