I just stopped in here to get the 99 cent drink offer. But I was greeted very friendly by a man behind the counter who I think is the manager. Just a simple greeting goes a long way but this was very nice.Drink machine for this McDonald's is still outside so you can refill while sitting there which is excellent.And the restaurant that was very clean.

I placed a breakfast order at 10:15 through the app, I got to the drive-thru at 10:29 and they told me they could not give me the order and to cancel through the app which is impossible. I have never experienced such a robotic and impersonal customer service experience then at this McDonald's. I have done this same order and showed up around the same time at numerous McDonald's, and even ordered without the app after 10:30 to get breakfast with no problem. I am going to do my very best to never go to this McDonald's again, as I have had numerous problems with their management and customer service.
