The managers are absolutely excellent. The food is good. Unfortunately everything goes downhill after that. I have had some bad experiences, communicating with the staff over an average order And I’m always very polite. Not making napkins available. Oh the soda machines is pretty petty. The dining room is usually not clean. It’s unfortunate because this location has a potential to be very good even though it’s next to Shake shack

The experience was fine but my sandwich wasn’t made how I asked. Minor inconvenience, mistakes happen but the service was still good and fast as a fast food place should be so I would still go again.

IF YOU WANT TO GET ON THE PKWY OR RT1N TAKE THE REAR EXIT AND MAKE A RIGHT AT THE LIGHT ONTO PARSONAGE RD AFTER SHAKE SHACK.
