They are trying their best, but it's not up to par with other locations. They consistently take forever in the mornings, and, at one point, they gave me the wrong order. The drive through person seems very genuine so the effort is there.
I had a very nice experience in this Branch of Panera , i wanted to try the different soups so Paul went and extra mile and gave me a platter sampler of all the available Soups ,I found that to be very Kind gesture.
So thanks Paul and Also the team here is good Joe and Heather makes an amazing vibe as well .

Service was exceptional and the food is always great! I needed assistance with my Panera rewards account and understanding how it works and there was an associate by the name of Daniella that was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was very patient and kind and made sure to answer all my questions. I will be returning again you can’t beat service with a smile.
