“I visited Icy Melon in Edison for the first time a few weeks ago, and it was a pleasant surprise. The environment is quiet and low key, which makes it easy to relax but the seating could definitely use an upgrade. It’s not the coziest spot to linger, but the food more than makes up for it.

I had one of their signature crepes, and my friend tried the matcha crepe cake. Both were beautifully presented and absolutely delicious.

We didn’t wait long for our order, which was a nice bonus. You can tell they put care into both flavor and aesthetics in their food.

While the vibe is more functional than cozy, Icy Melon is perfect for a quick dessert run or a casual catch up with friends. If you’re craving something sweet and photogenic, it’s definitely worth a visit.“

The food was good our order was shawarma, and chicken and lamb ober rice, Falafel platter all the meet was well cooked. All veggies were fresh and cant complain food was nice and hot!

“I had a party of 10, for dinner and our server was Dawn. She was excellent in ever aspect! She was friendly, helpful and all of our food came out perfect and at the same time!! She was very attentive. No one had any complaints and nothing had to go back to be fixed etc. I also appreciate that the manager had a set up for 10. All of the food was great!“

“Hidden gem in Edison. CLO Coffee has amazing coffee and some of the best matcha I’ve had in the area. The space is calm, clean, and has a great vibe whether you’re trying to get some work done or meet up with friends. It’s the kind of spot you can sit in for a while without feeling rushed.

Ralph and Jen are amazing and super present business owners. You can tell they genuinely care about the space, the quality of what they serve, and the people who walk through the door. Quality drinks, great atmosphere, and a real community feel. Definitely worth checking out.“

“We got the crab roe over rice and the green peppers with tofu. The crab roe over rice was really good, but pretty pricey. Next time, I'll probably just get the crab roe with tofu. The peppers were surprisingly good as well. Little bit of a kick and not too salty. The sides were REALLY good (pickled radish + wood ear)“

“Place seems clean staff was friendly the food I had ordered tasted ok but I was a little unhappy about the size of the my omelette given the cost and seeing the serving size of so many other meals ….too little overall and no wow factor if your going to serve less then use better ingredients when it comes to what you put in the food it didn’t say I need to come back here to me $20 for a meat lovers omelette with two kinds of frozen meat. “Happy Lamb is always one of my go-to hotpot places when I’m in Edison. The service is usually fast and the staff has always been helpful and pleasant. If you happen to come by one a busy night there can be a long wait time, this is normal for any restaurant and despite the wait time, once you’re seated things move fast and food is brought out in an appropriate amount of time. My only point of criticism would be that if your table orders too many plates of sliced meat at once you may not receive some of the orders. Not a big deal as you can always order more at no additional cost as it’s AYCE.“

“As an Army veteran on Veterans Day, I waited 40 min just to be seated and another 45 minutes with 6 others at the table and still no food on the hot grill in front of us. Several other tables were empty and only two other tables of 8 had chefs cooking up some food, so the place was not crowded. I got up and left. Super disappointing.“

“I have been here multiple times for the biryani and can vouch for the taste and authenticity. The fry chicken biryani as well as the boneless chicken biryani are very flavorful and the quantity is perfect for 2 people. I have tried a couple of the curries,chicken chettinad and mughlai and they are also quite good. One of my favorite biryani places in NJ!“

“It was one of those days that I was craving for Dimsum and a friend recommended this place for the family. It was a drive to get there but it was worth it. It didn’t disappoint! We did enjoy all the food we ordered. We made the kids try chicken feet too and actually enjoyed it! Definitely will be coming back. Love the wide open space, huge tables, the food served quick, the price is affordable. If you travel around Edison, New Jersey, this is one place you can go to. Enjoy!“
