I was hungry after work and I had a serious craving for Pho. Someone recommended this place to me and boy is it good. Not only was the food excellent but my waiters were super friendly and helpful. The short rib pho was incredibly flavorful and tender. The food came out quick and its not expensive at all for what you get. Definitely coming back here again soon!
**UPDATE REVIEW**
We originally arrived at 9:50 PM because the posted hours said they were open until 11 PM, but were told they had already stopped serving due to closing early for the rain. While we understood, it would have been helpful if the hours were updated or a notice was posted to avoid the confusion.
That said, we came back another time and had a great experience. The meal and service were excellent, the food was delicious, and everything...

If you’re even thinking about trying pho, stop searching and go to The Pho House in Edison. My girlfriend and I went today for the first time, and we both looked at each other halfway through the meal and agreed—it was hands down the best food we’ve ever had.
