“I would give it a 5 star if the food was bomb but it is good. I am vegan so only judging on that and thus far tried their vegan menu and it is not disappointing. Finally, a place where the drinks 🍹 taste good and proportioned well. I would recommend this place but the only thing on weekdays they run out of stuff which is ok but, call and make sure. I like this place so I will keep coming back…and the service is good.“

“I love this lil hole in the wall for my mini hot pot. I always order the spicy beef Szechuan and pair it with their homemade signature lemonade. Everyone I bring here loves it too. It’s a cut and cozy place to sit in. The service is always friendly and fast. Love love this spot. Definitely recommend coming here to give it a try. 2 thumbs up!“

“Creepy Uncle Dave here. Today I went to the Tex Mex Deli in Edison. The food was amazing! I tried a burrito that was out of this world. Apparently this was a new entry to their already sprawling menu. My boss once told me that if I never step out of my comfort zone and try something new I will never taste success. At the time I was pretty sure the only success I was going to taste was the sweat from my forehead seeing as he wanted me to dig a 200 foot trench by hand. Anyway, this was a shredded chicken burrito stuffed to the hilt with chicken, rice and beans, then smothered with MOLE, MOLE, MOLE sauce. Sorry, if you know you know. My coworker had the birria tacos that looked equally amazing. They must have been good seeing as he didn’t even offer a taste. This isn’t a white tablecloth establishment but the food definitely has potential. I’m sold! I’m definitely coming back and I think you should check this place out too. Tell them I sent ya!

I've been meaning to give this place a shot but never had time. So glad I did. Will definitely be ordering again and again. Dining room isn't too fancy but don't be fooled the food is great(that's what counts anyway). Also the cashier (I assume he is a manager?) He was super helpful and patient. “I hosted my friend’s 50th birthday here last week and it was great! Mike the owner was super accommodating and made sure everything was set up when we arrived. The staff was amazing and even with the multiple checks we had with people sitting all over the place, they still got everything right!!!! “Came here for the first time this past Saturday with a few friends. Friendly and quick service. The pizzas were good! We got meatball, margarita, plain cheese and cheese with spinach. Dessert was good as well (Cannoli's and New York Cheesecake). Would definitely come back.

Inside is rather small though. I'm sure it gets packed all the time being right across from the mall. When I got there, it was fairly empty at around 6PM. By 7, it was already packed. Reservations highly recommended!“

“Happy Lamb is always one of my go-to hotpot places when I’m in Edison. The service is usually fast and the staff has always been helpful and pleasant. If you happen to come by one a busy night there can be a long wait time, this is normal for any restaurant and despite the wait time, once you’re seated things move fast and food is brought out in an appropriate amount of time. My only point of criticism would be that if your table orders too many plates of sliced meat at once you may not receive some of the orders. Not a big deal as you can always order more at no additional cost as it’s AYCE.“

“First of all this place is for Authentic Chinese food. If you just need some chicken broccoli go somewhere else. Now we have that clarified let me say that this place is the Best Chinese food in the Edison area.
If you are watching some Uncle Roger weejio and wonder what the “wok hey” tastes like, you should come here. Of course soup don’t contain wok hey so please order the right stuff. For those who can handle internal organs, the stir fried liver and kidney is spectacular. If you have a more conservative palette then go for the stir fried beef and peppers.
This brings me to the only downside of this amazing restaurant. The owner is the master of wok hey but not so much the line cooks. So if this is your first time there and you are looking for some wok hey just kindly as the front or call ahead and confirm if the owner is working in the kitchen today.
Of course the best restaurant can’t just be good at one thing. Their soups and cold dishes are amazing as well. And the best part is, you don’t need the owner to be there. For non stir fried dishes I recommend the stewed roasted duck. Rather pricey at around 40 bucks but it’s definitely worth it. It’s even better when you take it home and let all the ingredients soak in that amazing broth overnight.
P.s please don’t bother the owner for take out requests. No wok hey gonna last in a takeout container.“

“Ordered the pork belly ramen and a sushi roll; the sushi was good to my taste (especially for the price), although I’m hardly a connoisseur.As for the ramen, I thought the noodles were decent, and the pork broth was extremely good. There weren’t a lot of extras—just chives, corn, and a soft boiled egg—but it was a really good sized portion for the price. The only real disappointment was that the soft boiled egg was in fact hard boiled, and the chasu seemed a little bland.“

Usually, they are half empty when I order, this time, they were packed, and there was a line waiting too.So despite huge delay - still 5 stars.. They provided me a small table after it became available, brought some tea while I waited, and even added some extras while being absolutely apologetic for the whole issue.
