My date and I came here last night and everything was excellent! The wait staff was also very attentive and answered all of our questions and was able to offer recommendations. We got a fish and egg appetizer which was absolutely amazing, the sour and spicy black cod soup, and the osmanthus lotus root for dessert. Absolutely delicious! The red snapper was amazingly fresh, and the broth had incredible depth and flavor. It’s comforting, hearty, and easily the perfect meal for a cold day. Highly recommend!
I had the best experience at Wu’s fish house in Edison. The food was amazing, the customer service was great and I can’t stop thinking about their Wuva seafood hibachi bowl. It was SO good. 10/10 recommend!
