I’m writing to share a disappointing experience I had at one of your locations this morning that did not align with the customer service standards Chick-fil-A is known for.

I placed a takeout breakfast order at 10:25 a.m. While there was a long line of cars and only one drive-thru lane open—with no employees outside assisting—by the time I reached the intercom it was approximately 10:32 a.m. At that point, I was told my order had not been fulfilled and that breakfast was no longer being served because breakfast was over.

I proceeded to the window to clarify the situation and was met with extremely rude behavior from an employee in the back, who stated that I “wasn’t there on time.” This was inaccurate, as my order was placed within the breakfast service window, and the delay was due to the drive-thru congestion and lack of staffing support—not anything on my end.

Additionally, I was told I would receive a coupon to compensate for the meal I never received, but I never received that either.

This entire interaction fell well below the level of service and professionalism I associate with the Chick-fil-A brand. Because of this experience, I will not be returning to this location.

I wanted to bring this to your attention in hopes it can be addressed, as this type of service reflects poorly on an otherwise reputable brand.

The food was good and the servers were friendly. I ordered 2 breakfast meals and asked for the parfait side for one of them. After I got my meal, I realized I didn't have the hash browns. I went back through the drive thru and they gave me an order of hasbrowns. When I looked at my receipt, I was charged for 2 meals, both with hasbrowns, and the full charge for parfait. I didn't feel like going thru the drive thru a 3rd time to get it right... Also, maybe they do this at all Chick-fil-A's but they just put my creamer and sugars in the bag instead of adding them to the coffee,like most places do. For a drive thru, it makes more sense to add them before giving to the customer so they don't have to pull over, add, and mix.
