There's nothing like half filled, 3 day old tasting fries for the 3rd time. Don't waste your time go to the one a few miles up the street.

I don't know where you find your employees. I don't know how you keep them motivated... But you do, and you do it better than anyone in the fast food business.

Currently been waiting in line for 35 minutes but I’m sure the food will be good. They use to be so fast.

Update - Service still sucks. Worth going out of your way to the one across the street from English creek.

Service is terrible

Staff is not efficient at all in moving the line and managing drive thru orders. If you wanna be stuck in a line for at least 15 mins then I would recommend. Otherwise this location is a complete waste of time and will only leave you with disappointment!

A little crowded. People have to sit closer than I would like, but the service is great.

What are the nicest, and cleanest, and friendly facilities. They also still have a play place, so after kids are done eating, they can go play. And still safe enough that parents can see them from their seat.

Kid-friendliness: My son is four, and not only were they so very nice to him, they even put his name in as the delivery item and hand the bag right to him. It was such a nice thing. It brought a tear to my eye and a smile to his face. 10 out of 10 would recommend, and I will definitely be back.

I came in there with my wife. feels like we was in 5Star restaurant, great atmosphere, warm energy and STAFFS ARE EXTREMELY FRIENDLY.

I went into the store to order which I never do and I was confused about why no one was helping me. I voiced my concerns and Rebecca helped me immediately she was very kind and polite.She took my order without hestitation. She turned my frustration into laughter and I really appreciate her customer service. She is a gem !

It's happened to me 5 times now, or they give me very few potatoes, or I ask for 4 chicken feeds and they give me 3.

The past few times we have eaten here, the food has smelled funny and was barely warm. The people that work here are always rude and on their phones. This is not up to Chick-fil-A standards at all. Over the last two years, this place has turned into McDonalds. Go to a different location.

After years of seeing traffic jams around Chick’s, I decided to go in and see what all the fuss is about. I got the basic chicken sandwich meal. It was basic chicken. I asked for my fries to be well done. They said no can do. The fries are as they are. I guess you can’t have it your way at Chick’s. My fries were lukewarm, soft and kinda mushy. So basically a pice of undressed chicken between a bun and soft , room temperature fries. I have no idea why there’s traffic jams around Chicks??
