Probably the ONLY time ive ever been to a chick filet and the place had a McDonald's vibe. And a dirty chicken filet????? How
Got my order wrong twice in one order. No personality on anyone and a horrible wait time with no inside customers and a bunch of people standing there. As I was eating I seen more people were having the same problem. Just close this one down and let egg harbor twp handle it correctly .

This place always forgets things it seems to be a pattern. The other location in English creek would never. I wish the other people in charge of the English creek location would take over this eht location and make it what it truly should be.

Went through the chil fil a drive through , was almost handed the wrong order and had to correct her the first time. I was then handed what I thought was my correct order.

I have to take a 30min drive to even come back and for that I will not be coming back to have it refunded.

This Chick-fil-A ALWAYS forgets something! Most of the time I'm missing 1-2 fries or cookies, sometimes get breaded nuggets and not the grilled I ordered. It's hard to park and go inside to correct it because the parking lot is packed. And if you do find a spot, you can't get out because of the drive-thru line is too long and blocking you in. Sometimes I order delivery and I'm missing items. I love the food and the employees are nice. I just wish they would double check what they give us.
This is actually the first review Iāve ever written because I had such a great experience that I felt like I had to share it. I went to Chick-fil-A tonight and was helped by an Asian worker named Tyler who took my order in the drive thru. He was extremely attentive, polite, and made the whole experience feel even more welcoming. Itās always refreshing to be met with such kindness and professionalism. Great service like his deserves to be recognized!
Iāve been coming to this location since it opened but as of recently I have noticed although there has been a slight increase in prices the chicken portions for the chicken sandwiches are much smaller. The bun and the lettuce cover the small piece of chicken completely. At this point the mcchickens from McDonaldās are larger in size. What is going on chick-fil-A?

Top tier chik fil a location
The food was tasty. The portion on the chicken fingers seemed a bit skimpy. The service was friendly but most the tables were dirty when tried to find a seat. Not typical for Chick-fil-A.
There's nothing like half filled, 3 day old tasting fries for the 3rd time. Don't waste your time go to the one a few miles up the street.

Currently been waiting in line for 35 minutes but Iām sure the food will be good. They use to be so fast.
Update - Service still sucks. Worth going out of your way to the one across the street from English creek.
