When I got to the second window, they didn’t know my order. I asked, could I order cookies and the manager told me to go back around and order cookies. When the manager could of just rang up fries as I was already picking up my order.
I left to get home and bit into a hard bun on my BigMac as if it was put in the toaster 3 times. Hard to chew!!!!!!
Not happy they always mess my order up

What is the point of ordering from the app if it doesn’t actually go to the restaurant then you still have to sit there and wait for a large order and the staff is zero help!!!!!!! Ridiculous
