I once had a psychiatric crisis where I was suicidal. The screener at the crisis unit DARED me to commit suicide, OVERRODE ANOTHER DOCTOR’S ORDERS, discharged me while I was seriously suicidal, yelled at me and told me to never return to AtlantiCare. The only thing she didnt do to exascerabate my then crisis was pull a gun on me. I came within a hair’s breadth of suing her.

i wish i could give 0 stars! i scheduled my first obgyn appointment weeks ago for today, which any woman knows you have to spend a few days mentally preparing for, just to arrive at the office 10 minutes prior to my appointment (after driving around their very poorly directed parking lot trying to find the correct office) and be informed that the doctor i made my appointment with, a woman, “isnt in today” and was offered to see her replacement, a male. being a victim of SA, no, i cannot see a male obgyn especially not for the first time im ever going. so effectively my appointment was cancelled at the time of my appointment after i drove 45 minutes to get there. i will NEVER be returning, and i will be cancelling the appointment they rescheduled me for because who knows, i might go to that one and it be cancelled when i get there, too. why no phone call or text message before i wasted my time and gas? i was a frequent atlanticare patient but i will not be returning. very unprofessional and extremely disrespectful of patient’s time.

AtlanticCare does not know how to bill you for services. We have Medicare and a Supplement. Atlanticare only charges Medicare and then expects the patient to followup to submit it to Plan G. Bill was fully paid over a year ago and then Atlanticare re-submitted with different charges for the same service. Invoice was over 10 pages. Don't go to Atlanticare. You only get to charge one time.

There is a Customer Service Representative named Laura , who is the BEST!!!!! She helped make the whole process smooth and even handled it herself with a pharmacy and medication error!!!! Very kind

Today I spoke with Shandy who contacted me in regards to setting up my referral appointments. She was amazing! It’s a huge help that Atlanticare calls us to ensure we get in as soon as possible. With busy schedules it’s easy to put our health to the side. All the desk employees have been pleasant, friendly, and helpful to me. Shout out to Shandy again! Top notch customer service skills!

Many health professional services available here. It's very large and buildings are numbered so look for your main number. 200 series would have provider 211 inside. Some are multiple floors too! A one stop health shop. Lol

Definitely prefer Atlanticare

One of the worst experiences with medical appointments for hearing loss alls they want is insurance $ they could care less about there patients been to 2 appointments only to be sent back to the original doctor don't understand why this couldn't be handled on the first appointment I do know they want to keep billing the insurance company this absolutely horrible for everyone accepted the greedy doctors
