I treid to call today 11/05/2024 ask for pizza specials cause on it’s website it say they have it , and somebody picked up the phone was rude and said *we have no specials here* never ordering from this place again it’s a shame cause I liked there pizza they forgot about customer service, it’s a shame the quality of food doesn’t equal the quality of service

Not sure what happened to the quality and quantity of the food. Order a Stromboli that was pretty much black at the bottom. I ordered the large what I got, Couldn't even feed One person.

40+ years living 15 minutes outside NYC and 5 years of trying most of the pizza shops around Mays Landing, I have finally found the best pizza. I am never going anywhere again, this pizza is perfect. Placed an order on Slice and it was ready in like 10 minutes. 6 Stars if I could.

Stopped in to grab a slice of buffalo chicken pizza to go. Never been at this location before. Staff was pleasant. Unfortunately the slice didn’t measure up to what I was used to compared to the other South End Pizzerias.The slice was not heated all the way through, the chicken was slimy, mushy full of grease and super floppy. Hopefully the owners will read this review and improve their presentation.

I always order from south end cause the food is good, but today I wanted to get some pizza but the man on the phone kept raising his voice at me rushing my order so I just had to get a plain pizza.

I usually order from South End Pizza whenever I come home; however, my experience tonight was horrible!! We ordered 3 pies which all were under cooked and the toppings were not distributed properly nor evenly. When I called to update them about the status of my pies, the manager tone was very off putting as if he didn’t care. He didn’t offer an apology- just said bring them back if you want them cooked again ?.
It’s Christmas Eve and I have a house full of guest. I don’t have time to run back and forth for an order that wasn’t cooked properly the first time. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this establishment. To be fair, the manager did offer to re-cook the pies, BUT he offered with an attitude- no apology!!!

I love their pizza! It WAS my go to spot until they raised delivery fee to $4 while also raising their reward amount on Slice. Going elsewhere now.

I am from Florida and for years the first thing I want is a slice of buffalo chicken pizza from South End. It has been consistently the BEST unique-flavored pizza. The crust is thin and crispy, the size HUGE! They now have multiple locations- and at each place they have delivered the same amazing slice each time.
