These employees are very very rude!!! Not people friendly and made racist comments about my fiancée and I. I will never go back!

I ordered a wrap and I get smth completely different. If you change your menu, then it has to be updated online as well. You can’t let your customers order food and then not get what we expected. I’m a college student with no car and now I’m not getting a full refund on my order that your employees screwed up. I take medication to digest my food and it’s not cheap. I wasted my money, time, and medication at this location. And this isn’t the first time you guys screwed up either.

This subway in Egg Harbor Township was very nasty and that’s a Egg Harbor Township. New Jersey will not be going back there again and also the subway in Mays Landing just as nasty will not be going there either. I just walked out. Didn’t wanna buy anything.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was in yesterday and I was trying to order but the female manager kept on talking to employees and took a while to assist me. I then left my headphone there, so I tried to call subway several times. They do not answer the phone. I called Walmart’s customer service and they said that they would keep them for me when I was able to get them later that day. I went in and they refused to give me MY property and said they were locked in a safe and I could not get them that day. I called Walmart’s customer service desk and they said that they should have handed them over to them. I call subway again several times in the morning and still no response. I call customer service again and they said there was nothing they could do. I then called subway over and over again and they did not pick up until a plethora of calls. When they finally answered I explained the situation and she said I could just come in to get them. I then stated, very politely, “well, is there a specific time I need to come into to get them? I was refused yesterday and I just want to make sure I can come at anytime. She then says, “it is in my safe but it is not my problem. She begins to yell at me over the phone yelling profanities and then hangs up on me. I call several times until they answer again and she begins to argue with me again. She says “Just this once I will let you come pick it up now. If you do not come I am handing them to customer service or whoever and they can do whatever they want with them and I don’t care it is not my issue,” then hangs up. Very rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for when I was nothing but polite just trying to get my property back.

I got here at 9:40pm. This place says it closes at 10pm. We had 20minutes, but the gates were up and we asked the guy inside if he is closed and he said yes. They lost out on two customers.

Bad food bad place bad service
Place located in Walmart. It's clean they're not excepting coupons.. You can easily get the same sandwich or sub from WaWa less price. I am really sorry to marking as 2 star but unfortunately you get the brand of Subway and not excepting the Subway coupon :(

very bad service. asked for spoons and didnt answer me at all. very bad food too. bread had mold on it. horrible
a totally disastrous service. The clerk, who is a man who is always angry and reluctantly attends. I wanted to use a table to eat and the guy went out to sweep and raise dust having a baby in the place apparently the man forces him to be his job very bad service from him. It seems that he is Arab. But I will not buy again and I do not recommend it at all..
I had my favorite tuna,cheese,spinach on oat roll. It was so delicious ?, have not had this since before the Covid shutdown, it was worth the wait. The items were so fresh, station very clean. Very nice ladies.
Great food! Online order is always correct and I’m always satisfied with the freshness of the sandwich. Don’t sleep on this subway.
Drove here from 20 minutes away to eat dinner with my son. Says Dine in available on Google, but when arrived to eat dinner, was told we were not allowed to sit down and eat. Was told by lady behind counter it's been that way for 6 months, yet does not reflect that on their page. It's take out only, stay away if u want to sit down
