Imagine sitting in the resturant on a Friday night, and it's empty. I now understand why, it took almost 10 minutes to get a refill. The food was sub-par at best. Fries were cold and soggy, and the steaks definitely weren't the best, ordered meduim well, and we'll, this is what I got. Wouldn't recommend. Don't waste the time or money

We were in town for a hockey tourney this weekend and decided to go to here for team lunch in between games. We tried calling calling earlier to let them know we were coming, but they were closed. When we arrive, the restaurant only had about 10 customers at the time. I told them we are a party of about 35 and she had to check with the manager and came back 10 minutes later saying we can’t be seated until everyone was there. However, once we were all there, we still waited another 10-15 minutes to be seated. We thought we were gonna be put in the back of the restaurant where it was empty since we had so many kids. We were placed in the front and took up about 5-6 tables. The wait staff was truly confused as to how to take the orders and said they could not split the orders by family that the kids had to have their own order. When one table ordered by kiosk on table, they were told they somehow crashed the whole system and everything was on hold. We came at 12 and all left by 3:15 PM. It felt as if we were being held hostage because they couldn’t figure out how to compute the math involved for the bill. Eventually, a few people got bills and then others slowly (20-30 minutes in between). We offered to put all on one card and was told they couldn’t at that time. It was apparent either no one was in control or no one cared enough to come apologize to the 35 people that were been waiting patiently in the restaurant for our bill to leave for a hockey game. What we thought was gonna be a semi quick fun meal turned into a three hour event and ended in complete stress and frustration by all of us. Further, they had the nerve to try to charge us for all “remaining items”, some of which were already paid for. It was a total nightmare made even worse by the lack of customer service. We even tried to offer more money just to get out of there. It was totally insane! Will absolutely never return and will not recommend to anyone. I don’t blame the staff but definitely the manager/owner on duty. Sadly, you just lost 35 people (and all their extended families) for something that could have been handled a lot better. I would understand if we weren’t in a restaurant but a big chain like this, totally unacceptable.

8 of us went new year day my son's had big cheese burgers not cooked right sloppy lookin took 3 bites they were gross I want some type of refund on some of the food I told my sons to say something but they wouldn't there food was terrible

Came in a little late Thursday night and the host Shelby greeted me very kindly. Never felt so much of a warm welcome when walking into a restaurant. The bartender Alicia took my order right away and the food came out extremely fast. My bone in ribeye was cooked a perfect blackened medium rare. The one manager jeff came over to check on me and we ended up talking about the Eagles and college football for a good half hour. Perfect bar experience!!

the bar had the 16 oz Ribeye very good steak.As soon as I sat down bartender asked what are you drinking and do you want an appetizer I didn't even look at the menu yet don't ask about apps until I do then when I ordered do you want potato loaded do you want onions and mushrooms stop with the up sell I can read a menu not the first time either just stop it thanks.

I have been here plenty of times but tonight was my best experience. The team members were very lively and were actively engaging with customers and were yelling “ yeehaw “ time to time which was pretty funny. My server, Pietro served me and my son. He was attentive and made sure we were satisfied with our food. In addition to that, he took care of my veteran voucher I received on Veterans Day and thanked me for my service. All in all great experience, great food.
