Texas Roadhouse

The food was good the rolls obviously ate amazing, but our service was terrible. We went there for my birthday and when we told our server he congratulated me and said he'll get me something after the main meal and sing too. Non of that happened. Disappointing to get excited about someone being a human just to realize they are not and don't care about the customers.

They need to get the temperature of steaks down. It’s embarrassing when you ask for a medium well and it comes back bleeding. How can someone be so stupid? Either way, it has happened so many times now it’s to the point you guys obviously don’t know how to cook a steak. How does a steakhouse not know how to cook a steak? Do better. Also server should be better at their job and be able to see if customer doesn’t touch their steak or cut into it and it wasn’t the desired temp. You can see the temp just by cutting into it. Overall just seems like the whole place is a big mess, not to mention it wasn’t even busy. No wait time and seated right away. Unbelievable

Food is good but nothing special imo. A 12oz ribeye and 2 sides are a little too much for me, enough on days Im hungry maybe. I ordered my steak medium but a corner on one side is rare. For sides, I recommend mashed potatoes, buttered corn, or the fresh veggie. Rice is okay. I don't like the steak fries at all. I heard green beans can be overcooked. Adding mushroom is good. This place is quite busy so call ahead to add yourself to the waitlist since they don't take reservation. Pretty spacious place and good service.

We were there on Christmas Eve. The food has always been really good. However there was a problem with the food they brought me. Most likely it was because, it was really busy and someone made a mistake. The manager, Emily, was very accommodating and made things right. She made sure that we won’t hesitate to come back. Emily deserves five stars!

This was a return visit for us. We were here for veterans day, where they gave us a single use coupon for a meal. We were able to select our steaks before being seated, which was great. The place was crowded and loud, lots of kiddos. The restaurant is mostly booths seating 2-4 people comfortably.
Our waitress wasn't great, flirting with guys at another table, so service was slow and intermittent. Rolls with specialty butter were delicious. It's not a quiet, romantic, or business like atmosphere. But the food is decent. We'll be back when we crave steaks again.
