The door says it closes at 10. Google says 10:30. We got to the store at 9:40 and the doors were locked. The girls in the store were doing nothing but talk and one was the cell phone the whole time. We drove here for no reason. Don’t waste people’s time like that.

Finally went to use my son's Carvel gift card to get him a treat for being so good for one of the workers to tell me they no longer accept the Carvel gift cards. They need to either stop selling the Carvel gift cards or have a notice stating that.

WORST SERVICE I EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!The girl with the nose ring and the dirty blonde hair is SO RUDE and its not the first time shes like that. And ive heard the same from other people. I asked if they had cookie crumble and she said.”NO” and then said “NEXT” … what type of service is that ?? I recomend mcdonalds over this place.. not to mention the ice cream is also always melted.
