Great experience at Carvel, and I want to recognize Wilson for his customer service! He was friendly, informative, and genuinely great to talk to. He made the experience even better with his positive attitude and willingness to help.

Wilson is the kind of employee who makes customers want to come back, and we will! He deserves some recognition — and honestly, the man deserves a raise!

He made the whole experience so pleasant and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back!
