You cannot make big orders ( and I mean 4 items or more) because there is always an item missing from the order. It happened more than twice already, when I make an order online for delivery, they always end up forgetting an item or 2. I call the restaurant but they don’t pick up the phone. Just today I called them 20 times, I had to go to the restaurant myself and tell them they messed up my order. All I got from their staff is that the chef forgot to cook the order, and that I had to wait for them to make it. I asked for a refund, she said I had to call DoorDash if I wanted a refund. DoorDash doesn’t do refund on orders that are sealed. I tried, plus why should DoorDash be giving me a refund when the mistake is on their part. I asked for their corporate phone number and she said all she could do is cook my missing order. Unbelievable. What a joke of a restaurant. They had me waiting there for 10 minutes for an order I was supposed to get delivered to my house. Not only did I pay for delivery but I also had to go and pick up my order.

Every time i make an order they always forget something and when i call the place they always tell me it’s not their problem what a joke.

Honestly service was the worst ever. I get it being Valentine’s Day, I work in the service industry. But there was no attentiveness, not even a beverage refill or update on food. Received food after 2 hours of waiting and then appetizer came after the meal. Honestly a buzz kill. Plz do better if you know the flow of traffic will be higher during holidays be prepared.

The food I ordered and I went to look for it myself and I got home all the food was burnt and the meat was burnt and the shrimp was also all burnt ? you have to improve your cooking that meat was raw and the shrimp
