About Cibeles Bar and Restaurant

Cibeles Bar and Restaurant is a charming spot that offers a delightful dining experience. Diners have praised the Skirt Steak, cooked medium rare and served with a flavorful chimichurri sauce, alongside decent white rice. The Grilled Salmon has received mixed reviews; while one guest enjoyed it immensely, another found it plain and overcooked. The Beef Ribs are a highlight, featuring three large, deliciously seasoned slices, complemented by fries and salad.

The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, making it a great place for special occasions, like Christmas dinner. Guests have appreciated the attentive and friendly service, with staff making recommendations for drinks and meals. Although some have noted a language barrier, the overall service is described as excellent. While there may be occasional delays in food preparation, many believe this reflects the freshness of the dishes. Cibeles also offers a lunch area ideal for quick bites, making it a versatile choice for any meal.

This restaurant is absolute delicious. We ordered many of the Colombian breads (cheese bread, guava and cheese bread, chicken empanada) with cafe con leche, and I also tried a pina colada and my husband got the breakfast platter (steak, eggs, rice and beans, and arepa) which was delicious. Everything was delicious. The service was very kind, attentive and welcoming thanks to Lizette. We live far away and it was a lovely brunch after flying in from Newark airport and while charging...read full review
Skirt steak med rare w a delicious chimichurri sauce, decent white rice. Had maracuyá and it was good not too sweet. A lil bit of a language barrier but server was nice. Had grilled salmon and that’s where I deducted the star it was plain with no seasoning - atleast none I could taste and the edges where very hard. Tip is included in the check- it was two of us and a baby.
