The food was good. Live music is great. The only downside is there's valet parking on weekends which I didn't find was needed at all. Also, if you take leftovers home, they charge you for the bag to put your container in. This was not mentioned until I saw it on the bill later.

I can be a cynic. There are dishes and drinks that just require authenticity from their creators. Think sushi in a Cuban joint. Yes, it is a bias but I have been corrected.El Salvadoreño Restaurant in Elizabeth NJ serves a delicious cosmopolitan that would rival any proper bar in the tri-state area. Their pupusas are equally elevated by an ever so slightly toastiness on the outside and the sensual, melted decadence of cheese and beans in the middle. Their salsa and curtido are...

The food is ok, I expected more. I don't think I will return in a while though because of the bathrooms. My dad went to this restaurant in 1998 and he said the bathrooms are still dirty and terrible at that time and still currently. The bathroom stall are all vandalized and have a horrible stink as you get in. I hope this restaurant can fix the bathrooms….
