I enjoy the food but the rice needs to be cooked a little more

I ordered a rice platter with chicken and got a mango lassi on Friday 6/5/26. Although the server was extremely nice, when I got back to work, I found an orange plastic cable tie in my food. I called and left a message and reached out on their website. No response.

I'm giving ok rating but you can't have AC off during this crazy hot weather, at the end of the day people go to restaurant to eat and relax not to get boiled while eating.

Okay experience. It's fine if you want quick food (it was made very quickly which I was happy about), but it definitely does not taste authentic at all. Aside from that, the chicken and lamb did taste pretty good (even though not authentic), I wasn't impressed with the rice at all. Fries were good. Prices were about average, and staff were friendly.

Absolutely terrible experience. My online order never arrived, and after waiting over an hour, the restaurant told me it never entered their system and asked me to reorder. I did, and the second order never arrived either.
I’ve spent over a month trying to get my $90 refunded through emails and customer support with zero response. Completely unacceptable. Never order from this place.

Worst experience I've ever had. I ordered online, and it never arrived, after an hour, when I was still STARVING, I called the food place, some worker said it never logged in the system and told me to reorder. I reordered, nothing came again. I tried to get the charges refunded, I emailed them, contacted support, even tried to get support through the hiring page. It's been over a month and no response was given, while they blatantly stole $90 from me. Never order from this place.

Bought it today for first time and was completely disappointed. Too much oil guys.

This place surprised me in a very good way. I really don’t expect much and the chicken and lamb combo was just ok by itself but once you add the white, hot and cilantro sauce…it became unbelievably better. The fries was a huge surprise because they were crispy but again the sauces mixed on it was amazing. Do not get the sauces on the side (maybe hot if you aren’t into it because it definitely has some kick). Definitely would go back…some of the best halal food I’ve had since I left NY. Well done. Giving 4 overall because there were no customers but still had to wait to order, yes someone was at the counter. Spent about $25 for the chicken and lamb combo and a chicken gyro which was a little pricy for a little bit of food. Imagine a single portion size. It was enough for me but I don’t eat much. My husband had his gyro and some of my food and was still hungry.
