Terrible service, don't go to that place to eat

Terrible service, 14 of us wanted to eat there. I went before the game to reserve a table and they told me no. If there are two of us and they arrive and it's full, that's it. They'll be left without a table. The 14 of us will always eat there, without a doubt, never again. Good luck with your business and service.

Horrible service. The gnocchi are no longer the delicacy of suede but are of poor quality and hard packaging. Tuco is jarred sauce with a sample of 2 tiny pieces of meat. And be careful!! Because if you order pizza as a starter, they will bring you the gnocchi first and the pizza last. A horror!!! I regret that there are almost no places to eat OUR exquisite dishes...

Don't go on a Monday, they have less items on the. Menu, the most popular. Prices are good. You can bring wine or beer. Has potential. They also own a bakery a couple of blocks away.

I live in Pennsylvania and a client recommended the place to me to try the food. I found parking, which was good, but when I entered there were 3 waiters at the entrance and one asked me whether to say hello or anything, Uber and I was surprised and I told him that I didn't want a table and with a sarcastic smile he told me, well, sit down. I didn't feel good. I don't know if it's because of the color of the skin or the appearance, without saying hello or anything, they told me in front of me. It went from worst to worst, no seasoning, poorly cooked, the meat and the accompaniments were worse, the rice tasted ugly, the meat was raw, I will never return to that place again.

I had already gone and ordered a barbecue for two and everything had been fine, but on Monday, the 2nd week of February, I returned with a family friend and the experience was terrible, all the raw meat, raw chicken, cold chorizo, sweet potatoes and for the cold baked sweetbread, the old gizzard tasted stale, kind of rotten, after I drove 1 hour and 30 to get to the place how sad, the waiter was young, good attitude but when I went to pay more than 150 I asked him? Is the tip included, he said no but when I checked if it was more than 21 dollars in the account, what a shame, it was a bad experience

Today January 11-2025 I bought a bbq for 2 people to enjoy with my family but we got an unpleasant experience, the meat had a bad smell and tasted spoiled, I called the restaurant to report what happened and they told me to bring the meats back so they can check it out,if what I said was not true. They checked and a waitress tried to minimize the situation claiming that the meat was good and that smell was from the sauce (chimichurri), They gave me back 4 pieces of bbq meat but they still had a bad smell. It will be the last time I visit this place. I do not recommend visiting it and if you do, take into account the quality of the meat.

I ordered a barbecue for two to take away and when I got home I started eating the meat. To my surprise, the beef was rotten. I called them to solve this problem and they sarcastically responded that it was the flavor of the chimichurri, when in reality The meat was already having a smell of decomposition. The problem of these people was to minimize the situation, I will file a formal complaint with the health department of the city of Elizabeth so that they do not take lightly a polite complaint from a customer.
I bought a BBQ for two people to go and when I got home I started to eat this meal, to my surprise the beef was spoiled so I called these guys to let them know about this problem and attemp to solve this issue but their answer was that the spoiled flavor was due because the oil and herbs. So they gave me another pieces of beef but unfortunately those pieces also presented the same problem, smelly and spoiled appearance. SO, due to the careless attitude I will present a formal complaint to the department of health of the City of Elizabeth so next time that a customer comes in friendly way to solve an issue like this they will take it seriously.

It was a bad experience ordering a Pernil and a stuffed chicken to celebrate the end of the year. The pernil was cold and the chicken seemed to have been made a day before. The Pernil grass was cold. Everything was very bad. I went with my wife and they gave me a completely dry grill, the meat was dry because it had been cooked for maybe how many days and very hard, the ribs had a very bad smell...even the bones smelled very bad... we left it was disgusting. ...the strangest thing was that only we felt the bad smell, except the administrators of the place... NEVER AGAIN...!

The cook seems to me to be a drunk, the pizza was horrible, inedible, the meat had an ugly smell, the chorizos were a shame. The next time I want to eat a roast, I'm going to have to go to the log restaurant or to pizza in Montevideo. This restaurant let me down. How it fell apart.

The best barbecue I have ever tried. I loved the quality and price of each dish. The customer service is also very good. I would go back many more times. I totally recommend it.

I just want to give my opinion on tipping…. I think that the tips should be according to the client and not put together with the bill because I think that what one can give is optional and not what they want ? 18% uhm ? I don't think it's too much ?

My buddies and I ate here this past weekend and while the food was very good, their pricing is very sneaky. Our check was bigger than it was supposed be and we didn’t realize it until after we left. When we called to get clarification on it they said that some of the prices on the menu were for “to go” orders and not for “dine in”. If that’s the case they need to be clear about that when you are ordering or have a separate menu or something. While the food was very good this felt like a bait and switch and not sure we’d come back.
