La Kantina Mexican Restaurant & Lounge is a must-visit restaurant and lounge in Elizabeth, NJ. The food is plain delicious, with great portions. Specific meals like the salmon, shrimp queso, tres leches, clams, and wings are all noted as good. The cocktails are on point, very nice, and have good presentation. The service is wonderful, super attentive, friendly, welcoming, and patient. The architecture and design of the place is amazing, with amazing decor indoors and a great outdoor space featuring a huge projector screen for watch nights. The atmosphere is lively, with a DJ on weekends and live concerts. It is extremely and truly recommended.
