La Tambora, synonymous with the drum, is located in Jersey City as well as their location here on Elizabeth Ave. There are not many Ecuadorian restaurants found in Elizabeth comparatively to Newark, so La Tambora is a convenient location. They specialize in traditional Ecuadorian cuisine and consistently serve up hearty and delicious dishes.
