this is a very bad company, plan your time so that you will spend 6-10 hours here. Parking on the street is ONLY FOR WAITING FOR UNLOADING!!! AVOID THIS PLACE
Люди не едите сюда!
I’ll give this place 5 stars because of over night parking.
Very rude n unprofessional people at the entry gate office, no proper parking
Be ready to camp anytime you come here even if you have 1 pallet over 5-6 hours
My experience was not adequate , appointment time was at 4am, i get there at 12 , parked in the staging area and checked in . Take your drivers license and both license plate number with you. I got call around 2am to go inside the building, receiving door is between 425-426, parked my truck in parking lot on right side and checked in with receiver, he gave me dock right away . Folks when u are backed up on dock, just sleep .. they will call u when its done, in my case it was done around 6 … there is a lumper fee thats only cash or EFS,T-check,COM check . No credit/debit… better to park on the street then in staging area, coz you will definitely get blocked… restrooms available, overnight parking is available… stay safe folks, God bless truckers….
From my experience. Everybody I came in contact with was very professional. From the 2 security men and 1 young lady, the young lady in the office and the warehouse team that unloaded me.
All were polite and courtesy.
And got me to a door in less then 20 minutes. And unloaded in even less.
True professionals.
Job well done!!
PS make sure to not park in front of the guard building to the end of the street. And wear a vest!
Appointment was 5am, checked in 3:35am and checked out 7:30am. Not a bad experience.
My appointment time was 1/31/25 at 4 am and i checked in before 12 hours said no have appointment unloaded started 12 pm after 20 hours i came gere 2 times and faced the same situation drivers stay away from those assholes coz they dont let you park over the parking lot

- THEY WILL NEED YOUR PLATES FROM TRUCK AND TRAILER

It’s just a complete waste of a place, they don’t care about your recording, they first collect a certain number of tracks on the street, then they launch them all at the same time, and until everyone is unloaded, they don’t launch the next stream. I checked in at 1:30 for lunch, they were allowed into the territory at 10 at night, they opened the door at 1:0 at night. unloaded at 4:30 am
Checked in at 11 p.m. for a 1 a.m. appointment and was assigned to a door at 1 a.m. Got unloaded at 4 a.m. Overnight parking available inside and outside of the warehouse. No complaints.
It’s a terrible place
I haven't checked in yet. My appointment is Monday morning. Not wanting to fight traffic, I arrived by 2 p.m. Sunday. They told me to wait in the staging area & come back to check in at midnight. The reviews say the staging area gets jammed up. It does, but ONLY because the signage is very unclear. It's a 5-truck wide strip of pavement that runs along the road & the employee area. You should enter it before where you turn in to get up to the guard shack. I didn't, because all the trucks on the entrance end were facing the entrance. Because of that, I did not see the sign. Those wrong way trucks were my only clue. At the end by the guard shack, all the trucks were facing the guard shack! And there were signs at that end that said "One Way" & "Do Not Enter," but the guard told me it was okay to pull in that way, anyway. I've been here for hours & the last time I could see the front of the lines, no trucks had moved, even the guy whose appointment was at 4 p.m. today. I don't see how anyone can spend the night here. It's just too FUBAR & no telling how many times you'd have to wake up & move, maybe even leave & come back in. The road is a 2-lane, busy street. I would expect to get a ticket for parking there very long, or maybe even for a few minutes. Update MIDNIGHT: Guard VERY ANGRY at drivers parked wrong way. All had to leave, drive a mile to turn around behind McDonald's & come back. There is no overnight parking & they DO NOT take you in a day early. They say my appointment is 3 hours later than Martin says it is.
Fast and friendly,
Plenty of room to back in
Overnight parking
Has male restrooms
And a food truck comes in the morning
