I purchase 2-3 cups of beverages daily and $10 every weekend for 2 people. today i ordered frozen coffee an employee named Ali handed me iced coffee. i said i ordered frozen coffee he convinced i made a mistake. then i said i really need frozen not iced. he started yelling that who is going to pay for this now( note i already paid for this) and this is garbage now and went on and on. then i said i will pay for another cup just get me a frozen coffee. he turns around to make it...read full review
