I placed an order online at 12:40pm, asking to pick up between 1:30 and 1:30. At 12:50 I received a confirmation saying the order would be ready between 1:30 and 1:40-- not a big deal, but I was in a bit of a time crunch. When I got to the diner, I was told they had just rec'd the order (lies, as I have all the text messages with confirmation) and that it wouldn't be ready until 1:45/1:50. Why would it take an hour to make eggs? The diner was not even crowded (bc it obviously isn't good) and there was only one other take out order on the shelf. Now that was cutting it close as I needed to be back in my office by 2pm. The hostess and the manager were very rude, repeating over and over again the same info, the time when it would be ready, which again was different than what is on my confirmation. They refused to give me a refund, insisting I ordered on Doordash, which I did not. Finally a nicer waitress rushed my order. I didn't eat it bc they were so nasty I was afraid they spit in it or worse. I will definitely NEVER go back there again.

I ate here once and the last time meat was dried out and not fresh . I was hungry but disappointed food was not good .The soup was better than the meat and waitress was fine .I would not recommend it .
