Food was thrown to directly to the trash, drank my smoothie ahead of time due to the unnecessary wait, and not only was the sandwich rushed after making me wait all that time, they didn’t apologize for making me wait, as I’m walking out, they proceed to apologize to someone else in the establishment who didn’t even wait half as long as me, I kid you not they apologized to almost every one else, before and after me, talk about discrimination.

Stopped by today to pick up a juice cleanse set, a protein shake, and decided to try the pizza empanada as well. While there, I noticed a sign about franchise opportunities and asked for more details—I'm genuinely interested, as I believe this business would do incredibly well in the Los Angeles area, especially in West Hollywood or Hollywood.
Vielka was fantastic. She offered great juice recommendations, was attentive and professional, and really exemplified what excellent customer service should be. She also provided helpful information about the franchise opportunity. Thank you for the great experience! Will be back soon.

This is THE BEST location i've been too! The food is so good! I would recommend their Passionfruit smoothie & empanadas! Staff is extremely friendly & happy to serve their customers! They make the best smoothies at this location!

Love this franchise! Lately I have been going to the one on West Broadway in Paterson however after today, I believe I will be coming to this Tropical Juice Bar. The staff was very nice and Customer service was great. Also the wait time was minimal. Finally my favorite part it was very clean.

Tropical Juice Bar is one of our favorite spots! We love their fresh empanadas and delicious smoothie—our usual go-to's are the banana and papaya juices, always so refreshing. Their pink sauce is amazing and pairs perfectly with everything. They also offer a wide variety of Dominican foods, all made fresh and full of flavor. On top of the great food, we really appreciate their branding—everything is super detailed and well put together. Definitely a spot worth visiting if you’re looking for great food!

Got some empanadas and a smoothie and must say both were great. The empanadas are a little lighter which I appreciate and the smoothie was tasteful. I didn't look into nutritional facts about the smoothie but I will definitely return.
