Ordered a chocolate milkshake, got a rocky road milkshake. Not an immediate issue here but seriously ignorant to sub a plain flavor out for a flavor that contained nuts.
They RUINED my daughter's birthday party and her day for NOT having the cake she wanted!!!. I ordered birthday cake online about 1 week prior to pick up date, however the cake was not at the shop.The employee kept telling me that they called to inform that they don't prepare special order cakes but i never received the calls, message, nor order cancelation email. If they couldn't prepare it than how come they charge me for the cake???? They didn't give me refund nor apology!!!
