First time here as we were in town visiting a relative that frequents this restaurant. The service was attentive and personable. We had an early dinner on the patio on a Thursday. We were one of two tables with guests so it was quiet other than the traffic on Rt 9. I went inside to use the restroom which was “fine” at best. The indoor dining area was beautiful. Artichoke appetizer was fabulous. Seafood Salad appetizer was fresh but needed some flavor....

My favorite Italian place in the area. This is NJ and my wife is Sicilian, so that’s saying a lot. This place is worth every penny. The specials are always on point as is the service. If you need to choose one Italian place in the area, this is it. We spend a lot when we go there, but we order a lot too! Worth every penny!!!!

Yesterday I had a Mother's Day celebration for my soon to be 92 year old mother for a party of eleven at Cafe Italiano. Everyone enjoyed their wonderful meals (appetizers, entrees, desserts, drinks), your impeccable friendly service, and white linen immaculate room. Thank you for letting us have a delicious unrushed family gathering in seemingly effortless elegance. We will return.
