I have been a loyal customer of this bakery for many years, but what’s happening now is simply outrageous. I always knew this place was pricey, but at least the quality made it worth it. SUPERB EXPERIENCE. The staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable; they'll even give you pronunciation tips for the trickier items like the kouign-amann. It is actually pronounced 'queen-ah-mon' !!
