We hosted our son's 2nd birthday here recently and cannot say enough great things about Lily & Liam! They are so accommodating and sweet to work with and helped us make a memorable day nearly effortless. The facility is extremely clean, and all of our guests age 0-8 had fun! Decorations were amazing, and food was excellent. Thank you to the Lily & Liam team for helping us make this party a great one, hope to be back next year!

This is a fantastic place to relax with married friends while their kids enjoy a safe and fun playground. One of the standout aspects of this place is the staff—they are not only polite but genuinely care about the kids' safety and well-being.
However, I was disappointed to see some parents behaving irresponsibly. Despite clear warnings from the staff about unsafe behavior like excessive jumping, these parents failed to supervise their children properly. Worse, they resorted to yelling at the staff, who were simply doing their job to ensure everyone's safety.
As I read some of negative reviews, it’s baffling that some of these parents, who clearly can afford it, refuse to pay the small fee to extend their time and instead choose to leave bad reviews out of spite. Such behavior is unfair to the hardworking staff and the integrity of this wonderful playground. Perhaps they would be better suited to FREE public outdoor playgrounds.

We are at your playroom for the third week in a row. Our time is up now and we wanted to order food here, eat it and leave because our kids are hungry. The staff just told us we need to pay for extra time in order to sit and eat the food we paid for, all while the place is literally empty. And when they charge 50$ per hour. This makes no sense - they want us to pay 80$ (for the place plus food) so the kids can play for 40 min and then eat?We’re leaving now, going to pay for lunch some place else and will not come back. Staff is also extremely unfriendly, find a different place to spend your money

Besides the ridiculously hourly rate, if you want to stay and order lunch at their cafeteria after your time is over, they charge you extra time (meaning, not only you pay for the food, and paid for an hour of play, you need to pay additional pay for sitting and eating there). The team doesn't even try to accommodate.

The team was awesome and took over all of the leg work so that our family could enjoy our kids’ party with them. The event was spaced out in a way that all the kids had fun and were fed and all left happy. Great experience and have since recommended to friends. Thank you

Lily & Liam was the perfect location for our son’s first birthday. It had areas for the little ones but also kept the bigger kids entertained! Parent were able to relax and see their kids from many areas. When planning for our theme they made it so easy and were very responsive and flexible with our thoughts and ideas. Another great and important thing we found when making our location choice was cleanliness. Here they make sure to have a clean space for all the children to play and enjoy. Our son Liam and all his guests couldn’t stop raving about Lily & Liam and all the fun they had! Can’t thank them enough for the memories we made!!
Had my sons birthday party here and was an absolute blast! Very clean, so many activities to do, highly professional, very reasonably priced. Loved their set up and decor. They took care of everything and made my life a lot easier. Highly recommend.

We just celebrated my daughter’s third birthday at Lily and Liam, and it was a smashing success. The place is extremely clean, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the set up is amazing. We chose a Disney princess theme and it was one of the best birthday party set ups and trust me, I’ve seen a lot of birthday party set ups. All of our guests commented on how fantastic the venue was and how everybody had such a great time. Highly recommend Lillian Liam for any kid birthday party.

My daughter loves this indoor playground - so much that we decided to celebrate her 6th birthday here! They decorated the venue beautifully and took care of everything. I had no stress planning the birthday party! The place is also clean. The equipment is fun and well built. The toys keep the kids engaged. And their coffee tastes great!

I came here on a Monday afternoon with my LO. This indoor playground was very clean. My 1yr was able to crawl around and his socks/shorts were still white. The shopping cart with L&L logo was too cute!
