Had an excellent experience at Proof & Prov in Englewood. If you’re a pizza person, this place is absolutely worth checking out. Their Detroit-style pizza is seriously impressive—the crust has that perfect combination of a crispy, cheesy edge with a light and airy interior. Take-out orders of shish kebab and shish tawook platters are juicy and flavorful, with kids loving the rice. The restaurant is clean, and the food is truly amazing—meat is tender and flavorful, and potatoes are incredible. Service is attentive without being intrusive, and the music creates a good vibe. Many customers highly recommend the hummus with meat, and note that the prices are lower than expected for the generous portions.
