Had an excellent experience at Proof & Prov in Englewood. If you’re a pizza person, this place is absolutely worth checking out. Their Detroit-style pizza is seriously impressive—the crust has that perfect combination of a crispy, cheesy edge with a light and airy interior. It’s not the heavy, overly greasy square pizza you might expect.

I also love that they put a creative spin on their menu while still keeping the classics...

Google maps got us here with no problem, but the restaurant name has changed.

I ended up sampling four different appetizers. They were all excellent. The service was attentive without being intrusive. I don't know if the noise level is an issue as only one other table was occupied while we were there.

Roommates and I had an amazing dinner here - service was great, the restaurant itself was clean, and the food was delicious! Highly recommend the hummus with meat; it was my favorite out of everything else we got :)
