The greatest gas-fired pizzeria in New Jersey since at least 1985. I was lucky to grow up close by and have been a loyal customer for almost 40 years. Best pizza and a life changing Sicilian pie.
You get what you pay for at Sonny's. My coworker and i decided to try this place because we were on a caeser salad hunt, and this is was the finish line for us. The salad is definitely a bit pricey, but its the best salad in the area hands down. The people there are also super nice and chill, its got a local italian spot vibe for sure. the only reason i gave them 4 stars is bc its slightly pricey, also the lack of meat on the italian sandwich, AND LASTLY the sandwich bread...
