Nice staff and quick service. I got the nigiri — the salmon was excellent, and the tuna wasn't so good. Portion sizes were great, and I really enjoyed my experience. I’d prefer if the soy sauce didn’t come in ketchup-style packets, but life will go on. Not the best sushi spot but if its nearby its solid it has some tough competition next door so its not as popular but I cant say it was bad. Rice was alittle hard.

I’ve been to Star Sushi several times now, and every single visit has been great. The owner, Anthony, and his staff are always super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers — it’s the kind of place where they remember you and your favorites.

Honestly, we were actually surprised of how good the sushi were. It’s rare to find good sushi, good value and good price. I hope this place doesn’t change like everyone else in Fort Lee, their sushis are big and amazing! Don’t change guys, keep up the good work
