The person who collects your money is happy and friendly. The person who makes your coffee is rude, uncooperative, and useless. Be careful. They sometimes don't call your name and you end up waiting unnecessarily.This got to be the worse Starbucks I have visited

Worst Starbucks around. Cashier was on her phone when I was trying to place my order. This Starbucks used to be so nice, spacious, ample seating. Not sure why they renovated to have more counter space when they don’t need it at all. What they need and should have, should be investing is getting MORE ovens. If 95% of your menu requires to be heated then why on earth are there 2 tiny ovens? I had to wait literally 30 minutes for an order of egg bites. Parking meters are good for 15 minutes by the way. Wasn’t looking to camp out in this renovated space where seating has disappeared and usually none available.I went to ask the status of the egg bites and the kid on the oven just ignored me. Which by the way it’s a health code violation to handle food WITHOUT GLOVES!!!!So not only did this store spend their money in the wrong places renovating this space… they should also heavily invest in customer service and proper food handling and maybe an extra barista, extra food handler and extra cashier.My coffee was overly sweet. How many pumps do you put for flavoring? Disgusting. Small coffee shops result to one or two pumps max. This coffee was doused, it was undrinkable.Won’t be back for a while. Nasty.@starbucks. Try giving me a REAL link to file a formal complaint instead of a fake link that leads nowhere. I will be disputing my charge as I never received my egg bites and my coffee went straight into the garage. After reviewing my receipt, I was overcharged for a bunch of extra items I never asked for.STARBUCKS CUSTOMERS—- beware the blind charges. ALWAYS ask for your receipt.

I ordered 4 drinks and a couple of breakfast food through the Starbucks app on the phone. Went to go pick it up to find there were no straws that came with our drink, nor straws where we can easily reach.Asked one of the workers for straws that was literally in front of her, while carrying the drinks on hand, and she looked confused. She ended up asking another worker who, I think is more experienced than the first lady, came to us with a dirty look, and asked what I needed.Holding strawless drinks on hand, "Can I get some straws" was asked. "Straws?" Was the reply back, again with the dirty look. I literally stood there with the drinks and said, "Yes. Straws. For my drinks", which she replied to "Oh straws" She then got more straws from under the counter rather than the ones in front of her and finally gave us straws.I get it. It was busy, or maybe not a lot of people ask for straws... but to give us a look like WE were stupid, AND repeat what we said we needed 3x, then proceed to look confused...idk...Something where you order online and pick it up should take less than 5 mins, and it took much longer. Did not have any pleasant experience.

Staff is very friendly & efficient. I normally don't drink Starbucks it is my grandson fav place but the pumpkin loaf was very good. Sorry but this location is never clean enough. Staff needs to wipe down tables & counters. Too much loose trash on the floor. Been at this location for years so maybe the residents are ok with it.

Maybe i came in at the wrong time. It was a sAturday morning and i preordered 15 minutes prior to my arrival with the app. I had to wait another 25 minutes in the store for my order. Oddly this place gets a massive online order and you are better off ordering at the cashier. Sorry starbucks, just being truthful here.

Awfully customer service. The staff is always in a bad mood. They don’t have the bar of food (sandwiches, bread, brownies etc) open. I arrived at 6:30 pm and they told me that it was closed because they were ready to close the store (they close at 9pm…). So I asked at what time I would be able to buy (because I usually come at this time and is always closed), and they told me that it closes at 4pm… so it’s a Starbucks that doesn’t offer the complete menu

I am so glad we decided to switch to the Starbucks in Teaneck. We would ask for extra Java in our Fraps because it was like drinking water and whipped cream, and even then, it was water and whipped cream. Never tasted like a spot of coffee.Kid-friendliness: My daughter always ordered without issue. they were very nice to her.

930 am Monday, It’s understaffed and very long wait for inperson. Inundated by orders. The store is also very messy.Pastries still good as long as not needed to be heated. But otherwise store is very messy.Staff is very kind! But tired!
