I ordered 4 drinks and a couple of breakfast food through the Starbucks app on the phone. Went to go pick it up to find there were no straws that came with our drink, nor straws where we can easily reach.Asked one of the workers for straws that was literally in front of her, while carrying the drinks on hand, and she looked confused. Staff is very friendly & efficient. I normally don't drink Starbucks it is my grandson fav place but the pumpkin loaf was very good. Sorry but this location is never clean enough. Staff needs to wipe down tables & counters. Too much loose trash on the floor. Been at this location for years so maybe the residents are ok with it.

Maybe i came in at the wrong time. It was a sAturday morning and i preordered 15 minutes prior to my arrival with the app. I had to wait another 25 minutes in the store for my order. Oddly this place gets a massive online order and you are better off ordering at the cashier. Sorry starbucks, just being truthful here.
