This was my first time at a Mexican-Japanese restaurant, and I have to say, it was definitely something different and fun!
We really enjoyed everything we ordered, especially the yakitori, nachos, and elote. The only exception was one of the daily specials, the octopus. It felt a little too dry and, honestly, just average compared to the rest of the food.

Was there last night and sat at the bar for a couple of appetizers. I was really looking forward to a great margarita, but unfortunately, the margaritas were awful—which was especially disappointing for a Mexican restaurant. The first one tasted like it was 90% sour mix and was almost undrinkable. We actually ordered a second one just to see if the first was a fluke, but sadly, it wasn’t. Great food, atmosphere and service! Easy walk from Bergen PAC after a show. The Mexican was great and so was the sushi! The fajitas came out sizzling and they were great! Good drinks as well. Wish I lived closer....
